Malang (UMM Legal Lab) - During the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, it did not prevent the UMM Legal Lab together with FH UNTAR to hold a Mediator Certification Training 2020 class of 28. Mediator Certification Training is held for 5 (five) days, namely on August 25 - 29, 2021.

Mediator Certification training of the 28th generation was attended by 23 (twenty-three) participants dominated by academics and legal practitioners . The training opened with a live welcome from the Dean of FH UMM Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tongat, S.H., M.Hum and Dean of FH UNTAR Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.M., M.Kn, then the event continued with the provision of materials. Mediator Certification Training Materials are divided into sessions over 5 (five) days. In the last session after the material, all groups were divided into 5 (five) Discussion Group groups to follow the role play simulation to be a mediator. Each participant was given a simulation of a civil case, then continued with the division of roles between groups guided by instructors from UNTAR via Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp Group. After the Role Play session ends, the activity continues with the PostTest session.

The training concluded by listening to impressions and messages from the participants' representatives and continued with a speech from Vice Dean II FH UMM Mr. Nukman Aunuh, S.H., M.Hum and Dean of FH UNTAR Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.M., M.Kn as well as closing the Mediator Certification Training event of the 28th generation in 2021.
